Nuna Ayni comes from the Quechua language of the Andes: ‘Nuna’ means soul, spirit or consciousness and ‘Ayni’ means sacred reciprocity. Our project was born when we experience a reconnection with our true nature through ancestral ceremonies and rituals from Peru. In these experiences we were able to acknowledge that we are part of the universe and that each being has an impact in the world remembering all relations are sacred. From this place came our inspiration to SHARE and study more about the different ways we can nourish and also provide others an experience that can allow this reconnection with the knowledge that we carry in what we call the GENE OF WISDOM, to bring forth a new consciousness. We believe that it is possible to live in harmony with ourselves and everything that surrounds us. We serve as a bridge between the ancient and the modern, the elders and the youth, and the spirit and the material.
Through our mission we strive to revitalize ancestral wisdom through sharing it with the goal of empowering individuals to create a socially and environmentally conscious world.
